At Hopology Brewing, we’re forever in search of the perfect New England IPA that’s soft and juicy with a sneaky good ABV. We’ve spent the past few years growing our system from a 1BBL Alpha Ruby from Ruby Street Brewing to include all the components necessary (Brewer’s Hardware have been a HUGE help) to have complete control…and we’re nearly there! If it weren’t for our day jobs, we’d have gotten here much faster!
We recently entered the “make the cut” home-brew competition – http://makethecut.beer and we’re excited to be a finalist! We completed packaging on Wednesday 4/3, check out how our beer got its name and some photos of our adventures at 14th Star Brewing. Our beer will hit some of the best beer bars in Vermont where the public will vote on the winner – beginning on 4/20! Make sure you get out and vote!
